Small Scale Cut Flower Farm Started in 2022
Meet Tessa (human) and Tater Tot (dog),
Moonlit Meadows was started due to a deep love and passion for flowers. I planted over 100 peony plants on my property in 2022, not with the intent to start flower farming but because I loved the blooms so much. Curious neighbors would see me outside all day long continuously digging and planting more plants in the ground wondering when I would put the shove down. Eventually most of my yard was replaced with rows of plants containing peonies, roses and dahlias. What started as a passion for gardening has turned into this small scale flower farm in Upper Sackville, Nova Scotia. Tater Tot enjoys napping in the flowers while I weed and follows me around the farm from task to task.
